Estimates and invoices
Write an estimate, have it accepted online, and turn it into an invoice.
Estimates
Under Invoicing, Estimates write an estimate with lines, discounts and notes, and send it. The customer opens a link, and accepts or declines online. An accepted estimate becomes a draft invoice automatically (you can switch that off in settings).
Invoices
An invoice has lines picked from your saved products or typed in, optional discounts per line or on the whole invoice, tax, notes and a private memo. Send emails the customer a link; they can view it and download a PDF.
Record payments on the invoice's page. Spotbookr shows what is paid, partly paid and overdue.
Payment reminders
Customers are reminded about unpaid invoices automatically: 3, 5 and 7 days after an invoice is sent, then every day once it is past its due date, until it is paid. Each reminder is an email with a link to view and pay.
- Change the days, choose weekly instead of daily once past due, or switch reminders off under Invoicing, Products and settings, Payment reminders.
- Leave one invoice out with the switch on that invoice's page, or one customer out on the Customers page.
- Reminders go out from 9 in the morning, your time, and never more than one a day for an invoice.
Make them yours
Under Invoicing, Products and settings add your logo, your details, a standard note and a footer, and save the products and prices you use often.
