Create a project

Open Project Management and press New project. Choose a template: Scrum (sprints and a backlog), Kanban (a flowing board) or Simple list.

Work items

A project holds epics, stories, tasks, bugs, milestones and subtasks. Each has an assignee, priority, dates, labels, an estimate and your own custom fields.

Ways to look at it

• Board: cards in columns. Drag to move. Lanes can group by person, epic or priority.
• Backlog: everything not yet in a sprint, in priority order.
• Table: a list you can group and filter.
• Timeline and Calendar: work against dates.
• Summary and Reports: progress, burndown and velocity.

Filter any of these, then Save this view to keep it. Managers can share a view with the project.
