Open Account, Company and team.

• Invite someone: enter their name and email, and choose a role for each product they should use. They get an email with a link to set their password.
• Roles differ by product. In general a member can do their own work, a manager can see and change everyone's and adjust settings, and the owner can do everything, including billing.
• Remove someone: deactivate them on the same page. Their work stays; they can no longer sign in, and their seat stops being charged.
