The diary: appointments, meetings and time off
Add things to the diary yourself, see who is busy, and block time off.
Scheduling, Calendar shows the day, week or month. Use New to add:
- an appointment with a customer
- a meeting with teammates (no price, no customer needed)
- a work session linked to a project item
- blocked time
If the time clashes with something already there, Spotbookr warns you and lets you add it anyway.
Time off is added under Setup. Nobody can be booked online during it.
The calendar also shows project work and CRM tasks on the day they fall due.
