Your account has a public enquiry form. Its link is under CRM, Settings. When someone fills it in, Spotbookr adds them as a contact, opens a deal in your first stage, and sets a task to reply.

If several people handle enquiries, switch on share new enquiries out in the same settings and they are handed round in turn.
