Connect your Google or Outlook calendar
Put your Spotbookr appointments and task due dates on your own calendar, and stop double-bookings.
Open Account, Calendar. Each person connects their own calendar.
- Press Connect Microsoft or Connect Google and sign in.
- Choose what you want:
- your Spotbookr appointments placed on your calendar
- your CRM task due dates placed there as all-day reminders
- online booking blocked when your calendar says you are busy
- a Teams or Meet link added to meetings
We see only when you are busy, never what the event is. Reminders we add never make you look busy. If you connect both, one calendar at a time decides when you are busy.
The Beta label on Google
Google is still reviewing the connection, so it shows an extra notice that it has not verified the app yet: choose Advanced, then Go to Spotbookr Business. The connection itself works.
Microsoft shows Spotbookr Inc as a verified publisher. Some organizations still choose to have an administrator approve any new app; if yours does, Microsoft will say so when you connect.
Any other calendar
Under Scheduling, Setup there is a private calendar feed. Subscribe to it in Apple Calendar or any other calendar app to see your diary there.
