Slack

In Slack, add the Incoming Webhooks app to a channel and copy the address it gives you. Paste it into Spotbookr, choose the events you want (a deal won, an appointment booked, an invoice paid and more), and save. Press Send a test to check it.

Zapier, Make and your own code

Add a webhook: Spotbookr sends a signed message to the address you give whenever a chosen event happens. In Zapier use Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook; in Make use Custom webhook. From there you can pass it on to thousands of other tools.

Each webhook has a secret, and every message is signed with it so the receiving side can check it really came from Spotbookr. The delivery log on the same page shows what was sent and whether it arrived; failed deliveries are retried.
