Spotbookr Business is a set of products that work on their own and together:

• Project Management: plan and track work on boards, backlogs, timelines and sprints.
• Scheduling: a diary for your team and a public page where customers book you.
• CRM: contacts, companies, deals, tasks and a sales pipeline.
• Invoicing: estimates, invoices, and card payments through your own Stripe account.
• Document Signing: customers sign estimates and documents online. It comes with the Founder Suite and Enterprise plans.
• Partner Deals: discounts and free trials from other software companies. They also come with the Founder Suite and Enterprise plans.

Everyone at your company signs in to one account. The owner decides which products each person can use, and with what role.

Where things are

• The menu on the left opens each product. On a phone it is at the bottom of the screen.
• More, at the bottom of that menu, opens everything that is not a product: Documents & Sign, Reports, Import, Automations & Rules, the Help Center, Partner Deals and Account. The names are the same on a phone.
• Dashboard shows today's work from every product in one place.
• Account (under More) holds your team, security, calendar connection, plan and integrations. Sign out is the last item under More, and is also on the Account page.
